"Since starting the Your Best Body 12 Week Challenge I have lost 7.5 kilo's and 75.5 cm's. I wake up each morning feeling fresh and rested. When I take the dog to the dog park I’m running around with her, 3 months ago I was sitting under the shade on a bench. "Before I started training with Mick I was feeling very flat, I had a lack of energy. I was the guy that I didn’t want to be when I was younger. My goal was to increase my strength for surfing. Duck diving under the big waves was very hard for me before I started training with Mick. In 12 weeks my strength has increased making surfing easy.
