Semi Personal Training with a group of friends is a great way to have some fun while getting in shape.

Because there is more than one client the individual cost is reduced. This is perfect for someone who's budget is a bit stretched for the one on one but still wants the expertise and experience of working with a professional that will keep them motivated and accountable to reach their goals.

Exercising with friends can bring out the competitor in anyone. No one likes to be beaten.

This type of program can be either indoor in our studio for strength building and muscle tone using weights, or outside at the park or beach for more of a cardio based weight loss program. Or it can be a combination of both for the quickest results.

Group numbers for this type of package are generally between 2 and 10 clients. More than 10 clients can be catered for by request.

You can make your group all women, all men or a combination. Even just you and your partner.
