Group Training is a great way to get in shape using all the elements from the one on one programs but at a smaller investment. All packages are a minimum of 12 weeks so you are guaranteed results.This can simply be with a bunch of friends who want to exercise together at a reduced rate per person, Semi Personal Training, or joining one of our specialized classes like outdoor, Boxing Bootcamp. The classes are held at specific times for convenience and regularity, 2 or 3 times a week for 12 weeks. Maximum number of clients per class so the trainer can keep the safety of everyone while making sure no one is exercising incorrectly.
