What is Fitball Pilates?
Fitball Pilates is a one hour class performing a variety of exercises foccusing on your core muscles using the ball. This creates more control and demand on your muscles because of the moving surface.
The benefits of this are:
Greater core muscle control. Important for stabilizing the hips and lower back.
Strengthens the abdomen.
Perfect for strengthening your stomach muscles especially after childbirth.
Low impact for back pain sufferers. Good for rehabilitation.
Teaches you to be more in tune with your core muscles and how to switch them on during everyday activities.
Packages run for 12 weeks with a maximum of 5 clients per class. This is so the trainer can be hands on making sure everyone is performing each exercise correctly and safely.
You can also have your own private classes with your friends.
