Exercise for Your Brain, Not Just Your Body.
Brain exercising.
Although most people exercise for the physical benefits such as fat loss and muscle tone, exercising is just as important for the psychological effects that can happen as well.
Feeling better about yourself is a fantastic way to be. If you feel good on the inside than this will be apparent on the outside. People that feel good walk tall, keep their eyes up and smile. Exercising regularly can help you sleep better and also reduce stress and anxiety levels.
Symptoms of depression can also be reduced with the help of regular exercise because of the benefits listed above.
All these positive benefits can have a dramatic effect on your life simply by devoting regular times to exercise. The amount of time you devote to yourself is up to you.
There are many different ways to exercise and you should always have a strength training component included because of the extra benefits such as increased muscle strength and bone density which is especially important for women as you grow older.
All these positive psychological and physical effects aren’t for just one age group.
Anyone at any age can have the same benefits. Children who may be low in confidence because they aren’t as sporty as other kids or are over weight can gain confidence and increase self esteem the same as an adult in a high stress environment.
The same benefits can happen for the older members of the community who may find they are spending more time being less active.
So if you would like to look better, feel better and have a more positive life, give me an email and let me help you organize an exercise schedule so you can receive the benefits listed above.
